Please, do not use the 'host image' button, use the one right from it the 'insert image'.

Upload your pic on some uploading site( I always use www.imageshack.us ) and drop the link you see behind 'Direct Link' in there with img tags, like: Help with posting screenshots. Link

This way pages will load faster, and people get to choose themselves if they want to see the screenshots large or not.
